Alexia is the CEO of GirlBoss NZ - the school project which has grown to become NZ's largest organisation for young women. Founded when Alexia was just 16, GirlBoss now has 13,500 members. Alexia’s mission is to get women to the table - the boardroom table that is, and she believes the decisions made while young are crucial in paving the way. She has flown with NASA and is the youngest person to represent New Zealand at the United Nations in New York.

Alexia's passion for women in Finance and Technology, is why she was named Emerging Alumni of the Year by The Young Enterprise Scheme, Pacific Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and a Forbes 30 under 30 in 2021.

Antonia Watson â€‹

CEO, ANZ New Zealand

​

Antonia Watson is one of New Zealand's most influential names in finance.

 

She has blazed a trail at some of the world's biggest companies, including Morgan Stanley in London, Sydney and Budapest, KPMG in Auckland, and is now CEO at ANZ Bank New Zealand.  ANZ is New Zealand's biggest bank, with over 2 million customers and more than 7000 employees across New Zealand.

 

Antonia is passionate about opening pathways for women to enter the finance sector, supporting women to become independent with their finances and creating more opportunities for women to reach their leadership potential. She has also been a staunch supporter of LGBTQ+ rights and ANZ's Pride Network. Antonia's incredible story shows that with passion and purpose, you can go anywhere!

Tik Tok Sensation, Queenie Tan is an absolute force when it comes to Finance & Investing.

Her personal finance journey started when she moved out of home as a teenager and was earning just $400 per week. She could barely afford to pay her bills and groceries each week. Fast forward only a few years later, and Queenie has just bought her own home, has investments, has a 6 figure income and is on her journey to reach financial freedom.

Founder, Letters to Strangers

Researcher, NASA Jet Propulsion Lab

​

Diana is the founder of Letters to Strangers which sends anonymous letters to people in need of inspiration and compassion all over the world. Letter to Strangers is the largest global youth-run mental health nonprofit, impacting over 35,000 people on six continents. She is the youngest winner of the Unilever Young Entrepreneurs Award.

​

She is a passionate Astro -physicist who has worked with NASA in their Jet Propulsion Lab to study and analyse asteroids using innovative tracking techniques. She is a youth voice on the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and has dug for green sauropod bones with the US Dinosaur Institute.
